When your customers are also your sales people

New perspectives were provided about the meanings of being a member of Amway. Extensive fieldwork was conducted among Amway's large and growing population of distributors. Amway came to know and understand the needs and ambitions of this diverse group of people as they strive to better themselves and provide for their futures. There were major implications for how Amway's products need to support its methods of recruiting and retention.
